Description
This is the minimum training required by the State of Maryland to renew a permit to carry a concealed firearm.
The 8 hour class dives deeply into the Maryland deadly force laws, handgun selection, holster selection and use, ammunition characteristics, basic marksmanship, Maryland Firearm Law and much more.
Cost is $200 for 1 day. Students should have a handgun and at least 50 rounds of ammunition and a holster. Maryland dictates a 25 round qualification course to pass the class. Students must hit a person sized silhouette target 18 out of 25 times. Distances include 3 yards, 5 yards, 7 yards and 15 yards.

Classroom is informal, clean and safe. NO FIREARMS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM.
Snacks and non alcoholic drinks are welcome each day but please do not feed the instructor.
